   You almost answered the question yourself if you had of translated it and put .nl on the end!

   The best place for second hand items (everything including scooters) is http://www.marktplaats.nl/ (Marktplaats translating to Marketplace!) and then on the left hand side choose the section "Fietsen en Brommers" (bikes and scooters)

   You can enter your post code on the right-hand side and decide how far of a diameter you want to look within "Alle Afstanden"

   There are other places and probably http://www.speurders.nl/ is the best of the rest, but it is not as popular or used as much as Marktplaats, and after looking many times, the adverts on Speuders are always on Marktplaats anyway (in my experience anyway)

   There are also other sites but again I have always ended up using Marktplaats anyway e.g.
   http://www.2dehands.nl/
   http://www.marktplaza.nl/

   This site http://www.marktzoeker.nl/ checks several in one search (Speurders, eBay, Marktplaza, Marktgigant , 2dehands, Tweedehands.net, Aanbodpagina ). However this is probably over the top for what you need as there are plenty of offers for scooters in Amsterdam on Marktplaats alone.

   But most scooter / moped dealers sell second hand ones as well, often with a guarantee
